Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy 

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase(order number and personal details).

Please NOTE : The shipping fees incurred for the exchange of the product will be paid by the customer. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer refunds for any products purchased but you are most welcome to exchange the product.
